It was the victim’s mother, a resident of Haute-Savoie, who raised the alarm on Sunday around 9:30 p.m. after being contacted by the kidnappers. They used his son’s phone, kidnapped a little earlier in the town of Saint-Avertin, where he was staying with his grandparents.
Still according to information collected by France Bleu Touraine, the kidnappers demanded a ransom of 600 euros to free him**. A photo was sent to her a little later in the evening, showing her son’s swollen face.
